SkipForm: Autofill Forms (“SkipForm”) is a browser extension for filling everyday web forms.
Using SkipForm
These terms govern use of SkipForm. By using the extension, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using it. You must be legally able to agree to these terms.
The Privacy Policy explains local processing and any transfers associated with features you choose. Accepting these terms does not replace permissions required for website access or sharing personal information.
Purpose and license
SkipForm helps you save reusable form information locally, fill website forms, track form history, and use optional AI assistance. Features depend on your browser, device, permissions, and chosen model. SkipForm does not guarantee complete or accepted submissions, approvals, or other outcomes, and is not affiliated with websites or organizations unless expressly stated.
You may use SkipForm for lawful purposes on devices and browser profiles you own or are authorized to use, subject to these terms and applicable store rules. SkipForm and its branding remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party components and models retain their applicable licenses.
For Apple App Store downloads, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the software license. These terms supplement that agreement for SkipForm's features and do not replace it with a custom Apple EULA. Applicable store terms and mandatory legal rights remain in effect.
Your information and responsibilities
You retain rights to your content and are responsible for having permission to use information you save or attach. The developer does not receive a cloud copy of your saved profile.
Review filled answers, selected files, AI drafts, and page actions before relying on them. Ensure form answers accurately describe your information and that the intended website or service receives your information. Websites can read filled values before you press Submit.
Protect your device, browser profile, exports, and any provider credentials. Keep copies of important information. Clearing storage, uninstalling software, browser changes, or device failure may cause data loss; SkipForm does not maintain a developer cloud backup.
Acceptable use
Do not use SkipForm to:
- Submit fraudulent submissions, impersonate another person, or fabricate qualifications.
- Access websites, accounts, or personal information without authorization.
- Bypass access controls or restrictions on automation.
- Send spam, harass others, distribute malware, or generate unlawful or abusive content.
- Infringe privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the extension or other services.
Follow the terms of websites and services you use. Rights to inspect, modify, or reverse-engineer software that cannot legally be restricted remain unaffected.
AI and other services
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Check facts and edit drafts before use. Generated content does not verify your qualifications and is not professional advice.
On-device models process Assistant content locally. Optional external providers or configured servers receive the content you send them, as described in the Privacy Policy. Their accounts, charges, retention, and terms are separate. A gateway can forward information to other providers.
SkipForm does not control employers, websites, app stores, download hosts, or external providers. Their changes or outages can affect features.
Purchases and refunds
Any SkipForm price and purchase conditions will be shown before purchase. App-store purchases and refunds follow the relevant store's procedures and applicable law. Fees charged by an external AI service are separate unless explicitly stated otherwise. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and ending use
Features may be updated or discontinued subject to existing purchase commitments and applicable law. Material changes will be disclosed where required. New personal-data processing requiring permission must be disclosed separately.
You can stop using SkipForm at any time and remove local information using the controls described in Help and Data Deletion. Stopping use does not erase information already received by other services.
Warranties and liability
SkipForm cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every website, accurate autofill, or correct AI output. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided as available without additional warranties beyond those expressly given or required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including missed submission opportunities, arising from inaccurate output or third-party website changes. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability the law does not allow to be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections remain in effect.
Applicable law and updates
Applicable law and mandatory protections available where you live govern your rights. These terms do not remove access to courts or remedies available under that law. Revised terms will appear here with an updated effective date, with notice where required. Unenforceable provisions do not affect the remaining terms to the extent lawful.
